I appreciate that Mark Loving is contracted by Churchill's to complete fireplace repairs. After the one year warranty lapsed, Mark was kind enough to come back and repair our fireplace door that was very loose. His fix was a long term fix and it was at no charge. I truly appreciate Mark's expertise and passion for customer service. Well done!
