We had some gas logs from Churchill's installed several years ago. We have been very pleased with the authenic look and the ease of use with the remote control. Recently we had some trouble lighting the pilot. We were able to resolve the issue on the phone with their tech people. They were very friendly and helpful. This saved us a service call. Shout out to Brianna and Ray who helped. Very pleased with the product and the service.
