I went into churchills a little while back and met Dorothy and enjoyed my time there. She referred me to someone who could help me with a couple questions I had about the process, installation and a fireplace wall I had a idea about. His name is Mark Loving. Things started out slow at first because of one thing then another on my timeline, but once we both got on the same schedule I must say I couldn’t be more pleased. About 7-8 years ago I went to Churchill’s to talk about our fireplace. We had just moved into a condo and I wanted to change it up a bit. Churchill’s (Dorothy) came out with her husband and looked over the situation and we put in a fabulous bronze, glass door fireplace. Loved it so much. So fast forward to last week 2020. I went back to Churchill’s for an update. I was tired of the logs and wanted a cleaner more modern look inside. We decided on a bronze tray with amber glass. It was installed today. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The install was less than an hour and again I was thrilled with the result. Dorothy speaks the truth. She knows fireplaces inside and out. Her opinions are valuable and very professional. I would never go anywhere else. I hope you will take a look at Churchill’s for your fireplace needs and patio furniture. You will be so glad you did.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who were very helpful assisting us with buying our gas logs. Installation was quickly scheduled a few days later. The installer was efficient and carefully installed the new equipment perfectly.

We have loved working with Jodie. She went out of her way and called us at 8pm on a week day to help us figure out the app. She has been so knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process.
